So after the past few weeks of busy with my personal life, I finally took time today to check out Roland Emmerich’s 2012. I have wanted to watch this movie ever since I saw the 15 second teaser trailer that showed the Buddhist monk sounding off the bell while a huge ass tsunami was coming. Well, to be honest, I wanted to watch it but I was scared at the same time. I don’t know. I’m a big coward of Apocalyptic themed movies.

Anyways, ever since it hit theaters, I have been avoiding movie reviews because I didn’t want anything said to cloud my judgment of the movie. Well, I’ve seen it and while I absolutely think the graphics are simply amazing.. the rest.. well, just wait for my review. I just came back and pretty tired right now.

Instead, I’ll be leaving you with Adam Lambert and the official movie soundtrack for 2012, Time For Miracles.

Actually, Miley Cyrus has practically dissed the whole Twilight Saga even though she has never read the books or watched the movies. In an interview with Q92 radio, the pop teen sensation stated,

“I’ve never seen it and nor will I ever,”.. “I don’t believe in it,” she says. “I don’t like vampires. … I don’t like the wolf that pops out of the screen when I’m watching my TV at night. I don’t like it. I don’t want anything to do with it. I don’t like the shirts. I don’t like any of it.“

“I feel really lame because everyone’s, like, so excited,” Cyrus said. “I’m like, ‘Don’t even talk about it.’”

Earlier this year,  Miley Cyrus has commented on Robert Pattinson, telling Teen Vogue, “I’m not a huge Rob Pattinson fan. Girls aren’t really in love with Rob; they’re in love with [his character] Edward.”

Twi-hards are LIVID over her statements. Sure, people have a right to their own opinion. However, they don’t understand why Miley feels the need to bash the series, saying over and over how much she doesn’t like it. Jealous much? Fans of both Miley Cyrus and that of the Twilight Saga are disappointed over her comments.

I absolutely love this comment by someone over at USWeekly - “I hate Miley Cyrus even more now for having to agree with her!” Hahahaha.. I find that hilarious!

I gotta say, it’s been a hard week for Twi-hards, first this.. and now, Johnny Depp has taken the Sexiest Man Alive title over Robert Pattinson. LMAO! No, seriously, I’m not kidding! RPatz fans are fuuurious over that. Read their hate mail to LaineyGossip here .

Oh well, at least New Moon is opening this friday, right??

Well, not for Malaysians, it’s not. New Moon will only hit the theatres on the 27th November 2009 in Malaysia. (-_-”)

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth in The Last Song

The Last Song is a drama centered on a rebellious girl who is sent to a Southern beach town for the summer to stay with her father. Through their mutual love of music, the estranged duo learn to reconnect.

As I mentioned previously, The Last Song, Nicholas Sparks, author of The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, Nights in Rodanthe and the upcoming Dear John, was hired to write both the novel by the same name and the screenplay adaptation with Cyrus in mind for the lead role.
