The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past
From the director that brought you Freaky Friday, Mean Girls, Just Like Heaven and The Spiderwick Chronicles, and also produced (500) Days of Summer, Mark Waters is back again to bring us a romantic comedy, The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.
This romantic comedy stars Matthew McConaughey (How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Failure to Launch, Fool’s Gold), Jennifer Garner (Alias, The Kingdom, 13 Going On 30), Micheal Douglas (Romancing the Stone, Basic Instinct, The American President), Anne Archer (The Naked Face, Fatal Attraction, Body of Evidence), Breckin Meyer (Clueless, Can’t Hardly Wait, Garfield), Lacey Chabert (Party of Five, Not Another Teen Movie, Mean Girls).
Set to be released on 1st of May 2009, this story is about Connor (McConaughey), a serial dater, but suffered a rude and scary awakening at his brother’s wedding when he was visited by his deceased Uncle Wayne (Micheal Douglas) and the Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.

I like both Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner. Throw in Micheal Douglas and Anne Archer.. then it’s a must watch for me. I’m not exactly a fan of romantic comedies because they’re always predicatably predictable, but if the cast, humor and chemistry is good, then count me in.
