Young Folks on Music Monday
“Young Folks” is a song by Peter Bjorn and John and features Victoria Bergsman of The Concretes as a guest vocalist. It was featured in the movie “21″ starring Kevin Spacey, Jim Sturgess, Kate Bosworth and Laurence Fishburne.
The film is inspired by a true story of the MIT Blackjack team which Ben Mezrich wrote in the best selling book, Bringing Down The House. “21″ tells the story of six MIT students who were trained to become experts in card counting and subsequently took Vegas casinos for millions in winnings. Awesome movie! If you haven’t seen it, you should!
Anyways, this song has also been featured on the popular tv show, Gossip Girl. This song features Victoria Bergsman of The Concretes as a guest vocalist.
