Legendary Pop King, Michael Jackson, Dies at 50
I am deeply saddened by the sudden loss of one of the best entertainers that ever walked the earth - Michael Jackson. Jackson, whose lifetime of hits sold more than 750 million albums worldwide, died today after being found unconscious at his Los Angeles-area home. Apparently, according to his father, Joe Jackson, he suffered from a heart attack and never recovered.
The last decade has been especially rough for Jackson, having been ridiculed by many following his child-abuse allegations and his obsession with plastic surgery. However, let’s never forget that this man was the man who changed the face of pop music.. the man we all grew up listening to. The man who drew women to the brink of hysteria at every performance or appearance that he made. Everywhere around the world, even remote places knew who Michael Jackson was.
His songs, “Man In The Mirror”, “Heal The World”, “Earth Song”, “The Lost Children” and many more, sent out great messages to break racial divides and unite to make this world a better place.
