Upcoming: Youth In Revolt (2009)

Michael Cera stars in Youth In Revolt, a film adaptation of C.D. Payne’s novel of the same name. Michael Cera portrays Nick Twisp, a cynical sex-obsessed 16-year-old who, while on vacation in a trailer park, meets Sheeni Saunders (Portia Doubleday), an intellectual. The only things really standing in his way are Sheeni’s poetry-writing ex-boyfriend Trent, (Jonathan B. Wright) Nick’s temperamental divorced parents (Steve Buscemi and Jean Smart), and Nick’s mom’s boyfriends (Zach Galifianakis and Ray Liotta).

Mila Kunis To Join Natalie Portman in “Black Swan”

Actress Mila Kunis is said to be in talks to play a role in Darren Aronofsky’s supernatural film, Black Swan, opposite Natalie Portman.

Black Swan is said to be a supernatural thriller, that revolves around a talented ballerina (Natalie Portman) in the New York City ballet,  who is tormented by a rival who might or might not be a figment of the dancer’s imagination. Mila Kunis has been tapped to play the role of her rival, Lilly.

Darren Aronofsky’s Black Swan was said to be financed independently, however, has not yet reached a distribution deal, although, his previous Oscar nominated film, The Wrestler, was distributed by Fox Searchlight Pictures.

Mila Kunis recently attended the Comic Con 2009 in San Diego to promote Family Guy, in which she lends her voice for the role of Meg Griffin. She was also there to promote her upcoming film with Denzel Washington, The Book of Eli, as well as her comedy with Ben Affleck, Extract. Kunis will also be joining the cast of Date Night.

Natalie Portman on the other hand is busy filming a comedy, Your Highness (2011), in which she stars opposite Zooey Deschanel and James Franco. Her other films set to be released this year are Love and Other Impossible Pursuits, New York I Love You and Brothers. She is also set to star opposite Chris Hemsworth in Thor (2011).
